Strawberry cheesecake- love! Strawberry cheesecake inside out- LOVE even more!  So you would probably figure that when my eye caught this recipe (on BakeOven)  for cheesecake stuffed strawberries, I was SO excited, enough to make me do a little happy dance.   So here's what I did: I first hulled a pack of strawberries, using this making-life-easier tool I use to hull veggies, especially some squash and zucchini.   Next, I made the cheese cake stuffing, this was the recipe for the filling I found: 1 8-ounce cream cheese 2 tbsp powdered sugar 3/4 tsp vanilla extract After I mixed those, I realized there was something missing, so I added about 3 tbsp of whipped cream (cool whip is my fave), or to taste, and it made a much better difference!!  It was so scrumptious that I had a few cheater spoonfuls before I spooned them in.oops. So it's not bad enough that I'm quite the Nutella addict, then Biscoff (the ultimate airplane cookie) had to make their own spread.  I saw it at the grocery store the other day and it was magic! So I saw this recipe that looked unique on TastyKitchen and I was too excited to find that I had all the ingredients already (BEST FEELING)! Perfect!  So I followed their recipe: 1 can   (12 Ounces) Pillsbury® Golden Layers® Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits ¼ cups   Canola Oil 3 Tablespoons   Grated Parmesan Cheese ½ teaspoons   Garlic Powder 1 teaspoon   Dried Oregano 1 teaspoon   Dried Parsley Except I changed the garlic powder to fresh minced garlic, and the Canola Oil into Olive Oil (my best friend when it comes to cooking). I followed these Directions: Roll each biscuit into a 12-inch rope and tie into a knot; tuck ends under. Place 2 inches apart on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; brush the warm knots with the mixture. Yield: 10 knots. Can you believe it, Oreos have been out and about for 100 years now!!! Thank you Oreos for everything you have done to my tastebuds for the past 20 years, especially now with the new limited edition BIRTHDAY CAKE OREOS!  They are the best flavor O's I've tried...right after the Berry Sherbert ones. The last day of spring break is always bittersweet.  Bitter because it's over, and sweet because of all the fond memories made in it.
