Obsession Confession

So it's not bad enough that I'm quite the Nutella addict, then Biscoff (the ultimate airplane cookie) had to make their own spread.  I saw it at the grocery store the other day and it was magic!



Something else that made my day was a little tweak I got for my car- A MINI TISSUE BOX!! I like things that are mini.
Yes, I am always this organized.  Please think I am this organized.

    Sounds delicious!! Where did you find again? Will have to check my grocery store the next time I'm there! Will give you my review, too :) But trust that the spread is scrumptious from yours!
    Love the sweet socks - can picture H wearing them...not sure if mine would go for it haha ;)

    Thank u! :) I got it from Wal-mart acutally, I'm sure you'd be able find it at any grocery store though (probably not Trader Joe's or WholeFoods), in the peanut butter aisle. Try it and let me know if you get hooked! ;)

I Heart Valentine's Day

Happy (late) Valentine's Day!! As  cliché   , overdone, and cheesy this love day may be, I have to admit- I'm a huge sucker for Valentine's Day!  For Vday, I always like to make a special dinner, that I don't make very often- yesterday I made mussels!!!  Mussels are one of my favorite sea foods- so I made a mussel pasta, and it turned out oh so yummy! The first thing I did was boil the mussels for about 7 minutes.  Then, I boiled a handful of thin spaghetti- in the mean time, I heated 1/2 cup of olive oil in a pot.  I then put one petitely diced onion into the oil, and waited for it to turn golden.  Soon after, I added 2 tablespoons of fresh minced garlic.  Then, I added 3 diced tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, and about 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro (parsley would taste amazing with it too).  I flavored it with some salt, onion powder, and a little bit of fresh basil.  Then I mixed everything together, and brought them to a simmer.  I then added the boil
