My first post!

Make Each Day Your Masterpiece~~ 

So I am super excited to start my first blog!!  I love to have fun with everything.  I am currently a university student studying biology, which at many moments is NOT exciting!  I love to be creative and unique in almost everything I do.  I also LOVE fashion and trends, and keeping a modern sense, but what I love more is making it me.  

This blog is basically an attempt to compile my daily experiences, from cooking disasters, to organizing frenzies, to crafty projects, and much much more - basically, everything interesting that comes along in my busy life!

To me, everything is possible, and no project or goal is impossible to reach.

Looking forward to sharing my crazy ideas and points of view :).

I Heart Valentine's Day

Happy (late) Valentine's Day!! As  cliché   , overdone, and cheesy this love day may be, I have to admit- I'm a huge sucker for Valentine's Day!  For Vday, I always like to make a special dinner, that I don't make very often- yesterday I made mussels!!!  Mussels are one of my favorite sea foods- so I made a mussel pasta, and it turned out oh so yummy! The first thing I did was boil the mussels for about 7 minutes.  Then, I boiled a handful of thin spaghetti- in the mean time, I heated 1/2 cup of olive oil in a pot.  I then put one petitely diced onion into the oil, and waited for it to turn golden.  Soon after, I added 2 tablespoons of fresh minced garlic.  Then, I added 3 diced tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, and about 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro (parsley would taste amazing with it too).  I flavored it with some salt, onion powder, and a little bit of fresh basil.  Then I mixed everything together, and brought them to a simmer.  I then added the boil
